Fear comes in many forms, none of which should be taken lightly. When we think of the word fear, or being frightened of something, monsters in the form of vampires, zombies, witches and ghosts probably spring to mind. We have nothing to fear from zombies and vampires, they definitely do not exist, but can be frightening in films and books, and then this fear becomes very real. The same with witches and ghosts, although I cannot say that these do not exist, as I am not sure. Ghosts can appear in the form of spirits, which is my opinion, do exist, although of course, I have no proof of this statement.

The Workshop
Exercise 1
Choose something which you personally fear. It can be one of the above or something which has not been mentioned. Take 15 minutes to say why you are afraid. Maybe something you have already experienced or maybe you have a fear of the unknown, something which has not yet happened.
Exercise 2
What steps would you like to take to rectify your fear in the future, or have you already taken steps and solved the problem. Another 15 minutes for this exercise.
