HAC at Huddersfield Literature Festival 2025 – How It Went

The official launch of our 90th anniversary anthology on Sunday 18th May as part of this year’s Huddersfield Literature Festival went very well. We soon filled up the HLF Tipi in Lawrence Batley Theatre’s courtyard on Queen Street.

Following an introduction from our president and a short history of Huddersfield Authors’ Circle from our treasurer, six members shared a selection of prose and poetry pieces. There followed a brief Q&A and a few book purchases. This included the anthologies and a few individual publications. Some of these were even signed.
