I’ve always written. My preferred vessel for sailing my ideas is the short story. I like the discipline and I’ve had successes with them. That doesn’t mean I’m not writing novels too, with the same joy and less success. I’ve written scripts for stage and hope to again as the human voice and expression are powerful tools in storytelling.

I’ve written and performed work which has been published and broadcast. I’ve banged out a fair few articles, how to’s and instructions. As well as writing over the years I’ve taught my subject in numerous ways and in various venues. It’s a pleasure to be with people when they grow and find themselves as writers.
